I’ve spent the past 20 years working with customers, frontline teams, and senior leaders across a wide range of industries. My career has been shaped by one simple truth: great customer experience is an overlooked commercial growth lever. It is the key to growing – and keeping – your customers.
I’m known for quickly seeing what others miss, cutting through complexity, and helping teams focus on what actually makes a difference. My background across frontline service and sales, gives me a deep understanding of how customer experience and employee experience work together. One effects the other.
Over the years, this approach has led to strong commercial results, improved customer feedback, more efficient operations, and industry recognition.
I don’t chase temporary trends or copy competitors, I focus on understanding the human experience and turning that into better decisions, better experiences, and better outcomes.
How I Think
Having a great customer experience is fine. But if it does not lead to revenue growth, then it’s unnecessary. Instead of overlaying a pre-conceived framework onto your business, I start by understanding it.
I look at your business the way your customer do and then connect that experience to how your team, systems, and strategy shape it.
My focus is always on clarity first, action second. When you understand what really matters, progress becomes much easier.

I’m an American in Paris Brisbane! I moved to Australia in January 2013 from Nashville, TN – though I still sound like I arrived yesterday. I made Melbourne home for 9 years before moving to sunny Brissy in 2021.
I’m an avid runner (even though I hate it), love black coffee, strategy games, and also host weekly Pub Trivia.
In addition to reading customer feedback just for fun, I also write articles about all things customer-related while working on my own customer service book.
