Claire has almost 20 years of experience working with customers and clients, and managing frontline teams in a multitude of industries.
Those who work with her describe Claire as a quick problem-solver, passionate, and over-the-top excited about ensuring the customer experience is nothing short of incredible! She is the lead consultant and trainer you’ll be working with at The Customer Connexion. Placing not only customers but also staff at the forefront of a business has led to incredible results in her career. In addition to numerous awards, Claire has mastered the art of sales growth through seamless and delightful customer experiences.
Having worked primarily with Millennial and Gen Z audiences for the last few years has provided her with a great understanding of what those markets require and value. Anticipating their ever-evolving wants is what makes her the superhero your business needs.
