Who Am I Besides an Award-Winning Customer Expert?

I’m an American in Paris Brisbane! I moved to Australia in January 2013 from Nashville, TN – though I still sound like I arrived yesterday. I made Melbourne home for 9 years before moving to sunny Brissy in 2021.

I’m an avid runner (even though I hate it), love black coffee, strategy games, and also host weekly Pub Trivia.

In addition to reading customer feedback just for fun, I also write articles about all things customer-related while working on my own customer service book.
