We'll have an initial consultation to talk through what you need and what you're looking for. This is your opportunity to ask for the world! During the consultation we'll give you subsequent service options that could work for your organization. Afterwards, you'll receive an inital proposal with pricing for the next step.
After the next step is agreed upon, we'll get started on analyzing your customer experience. Depending on how comprehensive the service is and how large your organization is, this could take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks to complete.
Now for the eye-opening part. We'll show you and your decision-makers our evaluation of your customer experience - the good, the bad, and the ugly! We'll give you a report with recommendations for tools and further service options with The Customer Connexion. We'll include timelines and pricing if you want our help to continue further.
You decide which services you want The Customer Connexion to continue to provide and implement and we do it! Again, depending on which further servicing options you require, on average this could take anywhere from 2 to 14 weeks.
Depending on where you started and what you needed to get going, you could start to see immediate sales improvements or it might take a while longer. We will eagerly await your results as well - we get a kick out of seeing change happen too. We'll check in with you periodically after finishing to see how your numbers are going and what your staff are saying.

Older or bigger companies with more departments have a lot more to evaluate! The size of the organization makes a big difference, as does its age.
How big or small are your goals? How generic or specific are they? How many current processes do you have and how many aspects need to be evaluated?
Are you choosing one service option? Or do you need multiple services and recommendations? Each additional service costs more. We'll always be upfront with what each service costs.
